OpenNote names, MIDI numbers and frequencies in both directions across the full instrumental range. Set the concert pitch, enter a frequency, and read the cents deviation to the nearest note — plus the wavelength, for room problems.
Sample Pitch & Rate
OpenWhat transposing a sample does to its playback rate, its length and its tempo when nothing is time-stretched. Also works out sample-rate mismatch in semitones, which is usually the answer when an import sounds slightly sharp.

- Every calculation runs locally. No values are transmitted, logged or stored, and there is nothing to sign in to.
- The arithmetic is written out
- Each tool states the formula it uses, so you can check it rather than trust it. Where a figure is a convention rather than a fact, the page says so.

- No advertising inside a tool
- A calculator you reach for mid-session should not be a surface for anything else. Related reading sits below the tool, never in front of it.
